Founder of Times Change Stops By for a Visit
![]() Seen here second to left, with staff: Julie, Judith, Katie, Idalia, and Ummu Judith Levkoe, founder of Times Change dropped in for a visit on Wednesday January 9th for her first visit after founding Times Change 39 years ago. Judith worked part time for the YMCA in the 70's and developed the idea of Times Change, as a place for women to explore careers, access labour market information, and find employment in Toronto. Times Change will be celebrating its 40th anniversary next year. Thank you Judith and all of the founding staff who build the foundation of our organization!
