2013 Power of 100 donor recognition eventOn Wednesday May 1st, Times Change buzzed with excitement as the Power of 100 campaign announced its fundraising goal success of $20,000, thanking each and every donor who contributed. Board members, staff, and volunteers were on hand to talk about the powerful impact donations have had on Times Change and the women it helps. Two clients spoke eloquently and passionately about how their lives have changed for the better because of the support received at Times Change, likening Times Change to a "place of support, where bonds are formed and a humane approach is embodied." Donors had the opportunity to network and were treated to a variety of appetizers and desserts kindly donated by local supporting businesses. Times Change is very proud to be acknowledging Times Change donors. Looking back on the achievements over the past year, Times Change recognizes its success has been made possible through donors' acts of caring and a commitment to building a new life for women in Toronto.
